Key Terms

Minimum order: 100 kg per product for international export
Payment: 30% commitment deposit on proforma confirmation; balance before shipment
Cancellation: orders may be cancelled before packing commences; commitment deposit non-refundable after production
Quality claims: must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence
