Ordering & Pricing
- What is the minimum order quantity? 100 kg per product for international export. US warehouse orders have no minimum.
- How do I get pricing? Register for a free wholesale account to see B2B pricing. Pricing varies by grade, quantity, and destination.
- Can I request a sample? Yes. Sample kits (250g–500g per variety) are available at cost. Visit our Samples page.
- What payment terms are available? 30% commitment deposit on proforma, balance before shipment. Net-30 for approved accounts.
Shipping & Customs
- Which countries do you export to? Worldwide. We regularly ship to the USA, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
- Do you handle FDA registration? Yes. FDA prior notice is filed for all USA-bound shipments as part of our documentation package.
- What is the typical lead time? 7–14 days for packing and documentation, plus 14–30 days sea transit.
